A UNESCO World Heritage Site
Oh My - we are blushing as red as our iconic waterfront with this recognition!
Lunenburg, Nova Scotia was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995 and a National Historic District by the Canadian federal government in 1992. We are also thrilled with winning the Communities in Bloom most beautiful small town in Canada, Prettiest Painted Places in Canada, Port City of the Year and Society of American Travel Writers’ awards.
Proud of our 3-Star designation, for accommodation excellence in Atlantic Canada.
Rarely do you find a campground right in town, especially a UNESCO World Heritage Town.
Complimentary wifi is available.
Your fur babies are welcome!
